2026 Spring Retreat Tentative Agenda: Reuniting into Wholeness to be of Service
Shamanic Retreat, April 10-12th, Camp Knutson, Crosslake, MN
Begins Friday at 5pm and ends on Sunday by noon
You can participate in any or all activities.
Please know that recording of any sessions is not allowed. Recording threatens the safety of the retreaters regarding confidentiality. It sets up an unsafe atmosphere which deters sharing openly. Please honor the safety of the tribe. Thank you.
Friday, April 10th.
1-4:30pm—Check in at Angela Hall to get your room assignments.
5pm---Timberlane ---A quick meeting time to gather together, to answer questions, and other information on being a tribe.
5:30pm—Dinner at Angela Hall. All meals are held at Angela Hall.
7-8:30pm—Evening session at Timberlane. (New people meet with Jeanne at Angela Hall about 6:50pm, we’ll go over to Timberlane together). Bring your drums and rattles and cushions and blankets and notebook and pen.
--Welcoming, overview of weekend, setting circle, introductions, calling in power animals, smudging.
8:30pm—Mary Everson will facilitate messages from the Pleiadian council for each individual, and then you will journey about the message you received. Timberlane.
9:15pm-10:15pm—Trance Dance at Angela Hall with Jeanne. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle. Our intention will be about preparing our bodies for the upgrade that is occurring into higher consciousness. See option below to work on flower crown as an option.
Or you can work on your flower crowns in Bazinet rec center with Jody Johnson: The Vernal Crown
To celebrate the return of the light and the rebirth of the land with the Goddess Ostara we will be creating Flower Crown to wear or to represent light and rebirth on your alter. I will have several options for the base of your crown: grapevine, flower wire and headbands. There will be a wide range of flowers and ribbons to use. I will have stone crystals available for a small fee if you want a “crystal crown”. Feel free to bring anything else that you would like to add such as specific flowers, feathers, charms, a little fairy or an old crown that needs a “rebirth”. If you are not into crowns I will be bringing barrettes and headbands you could add a flower to for a “hair garden.” Let’s take a walk in the meadow of creativity and honor the return of light and life!!..
Saturday, April14th
6:35am is sunrise—Drumming up the sun at Angela Hall. Bring your drum. Come a few minutes before. And wearing your jammies is okay!!
8:00am Breakfast at Angela Hall.
9:15am-9:45am—Gentle yoga movement with Maggie Hunter-Wilson., Angela Hall. Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle. May use chair or mat/blanket. Open your body and heart to the new day.
10am – Noon –Morning Session: Timberlane
Shana Roskens will present Part 1 of her offerings, The Fire Dance of Remembrance. It is a guided journey to gather soul parts across time, restore wholeness, and remember how to carry the inner spark in preparation for service.
Jeanne will speak about how we can help our bodies to prepare for and help our bodies through the upgrade process into higher consciousness and transcendence. If your body has been exhausted, emotions all over the place, difficulty completing tasks and feeling not here or there, we’ll talk about how to find balance again. There’s so much that can help.
Throughout the retreat Trish Swetland will be offering short meditations by Louise Hay.
Noon—Lunchtime—Angela Hall
Free time---Be out in nature, take a nap or work on your flower crown in the Bazinet rec center. Jody will be present during free time to help and guide you!
2pm – 4pm Afternoon Session: Timberlane . Monica Browne will present on Accessing the 9 Dimensions of Consciousness and how to use each of these dimensions to create wholeness in our lives and assist in sharing our gifts.

5:30pm—Dinner at Angela Hall
6-7:30pm Free Time
7:30pm—Shana Roskens will present part 2—The Sovereignty Circle is an evening embodiment where we anchor that integration into the body and nervous system through a spiral formation, ground, and shared coherence, extending unity and sovereignty into the land and into the world. (Outside, to be announced).
8:15pm—Fire Ceremony at fire pit by Husby (weather permitting) or inside in front of fireplace at Angela Hall. We will share JoAnn Dufault stories—JoAnn died this winter and she has always been a source of inspiration and wisdom for so many. Think about a story you may like to share. We will also be working with the fire and our intentions and the star ancestors and star visitors who will grace us with their energies.

6:33am—Drumming up the sun at Angela Hall—you can come in your jammies!!
9:00am—Breakfast/brunch at Angela Hall and Thanking staff
10:45am—Angela Hall—Community Healing for all with roses, cedar boughs, lavender and water with drumming and chanting.
11:30am—Closing circle. Thanks, gratitude.
Closing chant/blessing: May the long time sun, shine upon you, all love surround you, and the pure light within you, guide your way home. Hugs!!!
