2023 Fall Shamanic Retreat Tentative Agenda
Co-Creating with the Sidhe Through the Portals of Our Heart, the Stars and Gaia
November 3-5th, Camp Knutson, Crosslake, MN
(All activities are optional)

Friday November 3rd
Arrival time is 1pm – 4pm.Check in at Angela Hall upon arrival on campus.
Jody Johnson will be setting up sauna times so let her know at retreat if you are interested in a sauna this weekend.
5pm—Meet at Timberlane for initial informational meeting
5:30pm---dinner at Angela Hall
7-9pm Evening session—Timberlane----A welcome and setting our circle for the weekend.
Mary Everson will present each of us with a coded lemurian crystal which are gifts from the fairies.  We will take a journey to see where they take us and what gift we have received.
9:15pm Shamanic Trance Dance led by Jeanne—Angela Hall  We will address body, mind, and the portal of the heart in our dance.

Saturday, November 4th
7:30am Chanting with Emily
8:03am the sun rises—Come and drum up the sun.  Arrive 5 minutes prior to the sunrise—outside lakeside at Angela Hall
8:00am--Breakfast at Angela Hall, following drumming up the sun.
9:15-9:45am QiGong with Monica Browne---Angela Hall
10am-12:00pm Morning Session with Jeanne.  Timberlane. We will begin our day with learning about the Sidhe and their call to us, their connection with the stars and how we can help with the ascension process into higher consciousness by working with them. You will go on a journey to meet with a Sidhe from your star system.
  
Noon--Lunch at Angela Hall
Noon to 2pm—Free time, time to work on your glyph talismans at the Rec Center.
2:00pm  Angela Hall-- Kevin Zepper will offer poetry readings from his latest book, The Shaman Said.  He will have books for sale at  Angela Hall.
2:30-5:00—Timberlane.   Jeanne will finish up anything left over from the morning session and we will go to the labyrinth for a special ceremony to reconnect with your Sidhe from your morning journey.
5:30pm--Dinner, Angela Hall
7pm Chanting with Emily to prepare us for the healing crystal singing bowls
7:30pm--Crystal singing bowls sound bath with Melissa Danzl.  Bring a blanket or yoga mat to lie on the floor.
8:30pm Fire Ceremony at fire ring behind Husby or if bad weather, by fireplace at Angela Hall  We will go through gates and our heart portal to meet with the Sidhe and connect with the star energy and the star ancestors, bringing in the starlight.
9:30pm—free time, star gazing, socializing etc.

Sunday, November 5th
7:05am—Drumming up the sun—outside lakeside Angela Hall
9am – Breakfast/brunch at Angela Hall—Thank staff
10:30am Chanting with Emily--Angela Hall
10:45am Community healing for all with roses, cedar boughs, lavender and water with drumming and singing--Angela Hall
11:30am Closing Circle.
