2022 Spring Retreat Tentative Agenda: The Divine Feminine and our Galactic Home in the Universe
Shamanic Retreat, April 1-3rd, Camp Knutson, Crosslake, MN
Begins Friday at 5pm and ends on Sunday by noon
You can participate it any or all activities.
Please know that recording of any sessions is not allowed. Recording threatens the safety of the retreaters regarding confidentiality. It sets up an unsafe atmosphere which deters sharing openly. Please honor the safety of the tribe. Thank you.
Friday, April 1st.
1-4:30pm—Check in at Angela Hall to get your room assignments.
5pm---Angela Hall ---A quick meeting time to gather together, to answer questions, and other information on being a tribe.
5:30pm—Dinner at Angela Hall. All meals are held at Angela Hall.
7:00-7:50pm—Evening session at Angela Hall. (New people meet with Jeanne at Timberlane meeting room about 6:50pm) Bring your drums and rattles and cushions and blankets and notebook and pen.
--Welcoming, overview of weekend, setting circle, introductions, calling in power animals etc. We will spend time getting to know each other, and explore our intentions for the weekend.
8:00pm--9pm Lorrie Beauchamp Berg will be leading us through a special meditation, connecting through our chakras to raise our vibration and move into the chamber of creation where we will do some healing work with the Ascended Masters et al. And we will wrap our love around the earth for healing of our dear earth.
9:10-10:10pm—Jeanne will lead us in a hide rattle making class at the Recreation Center. Tonight we will sew our rattles and fill them with sand and let them dry overnight. Bring your hand towel or a terry kitchen towel, adult scissors, small funnel (about 3" in diameter across top) if you have one, table spoon or small measuring cup ( 1/4 cup size or so). You will be given instructions for how to complete your rattle tomorrow during your free time.
Saturday, April 2nd
6:51 am is sunrise—Drumming up the sun outside Angela Hall. Bring your drum. Come a few minutes before. And wearing your jammies is okay!!
8:00am Breakfast at Angela Hall.
9:15-9:45am- Dance and Chant with Wendy at Angela Hall.
Awaken body and soul with devotional music. Join in the group energy through dancing or chanting the mantras. Let the music unwind your body, open your heart, and unite you with your divine essence.

10:00 am – 11:00am –Morning Session: Angela Hall. Trish Swetland will lead us through a meditation to connect with our true home in the stars.
11:15-11:55am--Gridwork with Jeanne. We will create a flower of life grid and connect with our star ancestors and ask for further contact with them through the grid and group energies.
Noon—Lunchtime—Angela Hall

2:30- 4:30pm Afternoon Session: Angela Hall Kelly Blackledge will offer: The Wonders of Water: Bringing the magic of water to modes of healing. And she will bring us into a water ceremony and we will have special energized sacred water to bring home with us. You will need to bring two glass jars. What to bring:
An empty glass jar with lid (12 or 16oz) clean enough to use as drinking glass. As part of a water ceremony, if you feel called to do so, Kelly is inviting you to bring water from a natural water source near you - river or lake - in a second container (any amount is fine- 8-16oz suggested) that we will combine together at the retreat.

7:47 Drumming down the sun on the west side of Angela Hall.
8:15pm Fire Ceremony at the Husby fire pit weather permitting or at the fireplace in Angela Hall if we need to be indoors. Tonight we will honor the messages received from the star ancestors and our families and share any experiences we had in connecting with them. And those who made rattles, we can seal in our intentions over the fire. All Goddess healers represent both fire and water. Our rattles are the sound of rain and the energy and warm of the fire will further create the balance for healing to occur. The joining of the masculine and feminine.
Sunday, April 3rd:
6:50 am—Drumming up the sun at Angela Hall—you can come in your jammies!
9:00am—Breakfast/brunch at Angela Hall and Thanking staff
10:45am—Angela Hall—Community Healing for all with roses, cedar boughs, lavender and sacred water with drumming and chanting.
11:30am—Closing circle. Thanks, gratitude. Carissa’s song.
